PARADISE

Dan took me away for a true, blue vacation. All we did was sit on our butts in the pool, soaking up the sun and eating chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Awesome. I got to sleep in every morning. The only draw back was having to sit in the pool next to Tamara who looks amazing with no makeup on, not to mention the long, skinny legs and naturally blonde hair. No Fair.
Dan and I were supposed to go to Costa Rica but because of the (you guessed it) Swine, stinkin, overratted, flu our trip was called off. Dan decided to take me to Hawaii instead of committing me to the mental institution. I sooooooo needed a break. Life has been Crazy. I know May is a killer for everyone. You'll have to check out the photography blog. I've been busy. After taking the red eye home we went straight to Chase's ball game. After watching his first game, Katelyn and I left for her National Competition were I sat and watched until 10:30 pm drove home. (Not quite sure how I made it home.) By the time I finally got into bed it was 12:00 am I had been up for 48 straight hours. Now I need another vacation. That is how my May has been. Going from one thing to the next.

Dan, Suzanna, Tamara and Dan. Some nice lady took this for us. We were really dark so I had to lighten us up. I was in to big of a hurry. It looks like we are glowing.

Having fun with photography

I have been having fun with photography. I ran my kids out the door before baseball and dance to snap some quick photos. The sun is really bright but I'm not complaining. It was really nice and warm. Even Frosty came along for the ride. After all I need to get some pictures with him before I send him to a new home. (Long Story). If only I really could. Yes, right before the SNOW STORM hit, Katelyn and I went out with the red umbrella to snap some pictures in the rain. Check out the others under Tender Treasures.

Abbies Easter Egg Hunt

The big easter egg hunt. It was crazy. 1,592 easter eggs covered Abbie's lawn. They were everywhere you looked. In the fence, on the ground, on the swings. Everywhere. Abbie it was so much fun the kids had a great time. You out did yourself. Basketfulls of candy, prizes and MONEY. I guess the Easter Bunny doesn't need to come now.

Miss Utah

I had the Miss Salem meeting at my house the other day. This is Katelyn with Miss Utah Kayla Barclay (I think that was her last name). She was so beautiful and talented.

Where are you Spring

Bring on Christmas. It snowed here AGAIN. I'm so tired of the snow I can't see straight. It's April -time for SPRING. Mother nature isn't getting it. So rather then be bitter and depressed I'm putting up my Christmas crap, lights, music ext. Ok (Im not) I'm only going CRAZY. Happy Birthday Dan

I wanted to wish the big Dan man a happy birthday. Thanks to all of our friends who were able to come to dinner and celebrate the big day. I would tell you his age but then that might give away mine. So sorry, you'll just have to guess. We started the day off right with breakfast in bed and presents. Then we have been doting on him all day. Julie (his mom) will be so proud. I love you babe. Happy Birthday.

Disneyland Feb 20-24, 2009

Disneyland. What a magical place to be. We had such a good time with Dan, myself, Chase, Katelyn and Katelyns four best friends. Allison, Bailey, Kaitlyn, and Kristen. I hope it will be a trip they will never forget. We sure made some wonderful memories. Poor Dan wasn't able to eat anything yummy. It made him a little grouchy in the mornings, but man he sure did better then I would have. We watched fantasia on the water and rode the rides to our little hearts desires. We were there from sun up to sun down. We even managed to get Chase Man on all the major roller coasters, may be next time we will get him to ride Splash Mountain. We only had to go on Star Tours once or twice a day. I have to say (when I got home), I was so tired from having so much fun. I swear I didn't want to get out of bed for days. The weather was so nice and warm. When can I go back?

The Mighty Snowball Fight

We have had so much snow lately the kids were just itching to get outside for a snowball fight. Luckily they let me tag along so I could get some cute, snowy pictures. I couldn't determine who the winner was but at the end of the day Chase was caked in snow. I'm so glad I didn't get caught up in the mix.
